Message to all former clients
I will be closing the practice legally known as WomanCare Inc. this year.
Noteworthy:
- I will no longer bill any insurance companies after May 1st.
- Because I will maintain my licensure and professional liability insurance through 2025, I am calling this a “soft closing”, meaning I will respond to any questions or requests for check-in meetings.
- Please contact me using judyloudin@gmail.com.
- I will discontinue regular weekly scheduling, however, by mid May.
Records Retention:
- You may request your chart to be confidentially destroyed which I recommend.
- The request needs to come to me via email. I have and will continue to use Data Guardian for both confidential storage for five years, or for confidential destruction.
It has been my honor to work as a Licensed Professional Counselor/ psychotherapist for the past 52 years. It’s been a privilege to witness change and growth in so many of you. I continue to believe in the power to heal and I have so often seen amazing change take place.
