This experience, beyond talking, has the power to gently and naturally bring about long term improvements in mood, behavior, attention, anxiety, depression, sleep, headaches, stress and many other human distractions. It works regardless if you are taking medication.

Neurofeedback and Biofeedback are like mirrors into how (not what) we think & feel. When painless sensors monitor brainwaves (Neuro) or, skin temperature, breathing patterns (Bio), the ‘feedback’ (information) reflects in live time, much like a bathroom scale or stethoscope. This informs where you are. Training then, provides the skills for a more optimal state.
